| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法阐述了体操教师智能结构的构成，是由知识结构、智力结构和能力结构三维度构成的有机整体。体操教师应积极参与教学科研，提高能力结构，努力完善自己的知识结构，为更好的服务于体操教学打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | By using the method of document data,this paper expounds the constitute of the intelligence construction of gymnastic teachers. The intelligence construction of gymnastice teachers is composed of knowledge construction, intelligence construction and ability construc tion. Gymnastic teacher should improve ability construction by taking part in teaching research and perfect knowledge construction, lay the foundation for engaging in the gymnastic teaching. |
