| 摘 要： | 北部湾海洋资源开发急需建立新的海洋科技人才培育基地。钦州学院抓住机遇，主动做出专业结构调整，建设广西第一个海洋科学专业。钦州学院办好现有的海洋科学专业、形成专业特色、拓展专业方向须以北部湾海洋资源为依托，加快海洋科学专业建设须采取强有力的措施。
