| 摘 要： | 在金融危机背景下大学生就业难题日益凸显,导致毕业生就业时出现自卑、焦虑、从众、依赖等心理问题,非常不利于大学生就业,因此有必要对毕业生就业心理问题进行深入分析,从自身和学校两方面寻求解决问题的方法.

| Abstract: | Graduates,faced with deficient employment in the global financial crisis,psychologically turn out to be downhearted,anxious,drifting,dependent,etc.The paper is designed to study the negative effects incurred,and causes for problem psychology,thus finding feasible solutions in the perspective of individuals and school authorities involved. |
