| 摘 要： | 在研究社会公益性重大科技项目及其管理的相关理论,总结国内社会公益性重大科技项目管理实践的基础上,采用案例分析的方法,通过总结多个典型项目的组织管理经验,提出社会公益性重大科技项目组织管理模式.为社会公益性重大科技项目的科学有效管理提供一个理论框架与模式借鉴,为科技项目组织管理者提供管理恩路和决策工具.
