| 摘 要： | 合作创新是产生知识产权的创造性活动,制度因素对合作创新的成功运行及长期发展具有决定性作用.立足制度经济学角度,分析了合作创新的制度环境,系统讨论了制度不完善引发的知识产权风险.阐述了合作创新制度不完善的原因,最后给出有价值的防范措施及建议.

| Abstract: | Cooperative innovation is a creative activity which can produce much intellectual property.Institutional factors play a decisive role in cooperative innovation.Based on institutional economics,the institutional environment is analyzed and intellectual property risk initiated by the imperfect institution is studied as well.The reasons for imperfect institution are also discussed.Finally,the valuable suggestions are given. |
