欠发达地区人才激励机制的创新

摘    要:人才激励机制滞后是欠发达地区人才流失不容忽视的重要原因。通过对欠发达地区人才激励机制缺陷的分析,加大人才激励力度、创新人才激励方式、转变人才激励观念,是欠发达地区加强人才队伍建设,实现经济社会又好又快发展的有效途径。

Abstract:The Talent Incentive lag is important reason of the brain drain in less developed areas,which can not be ignored.Analyzed the incentive system of personnel in less developed regions,that we not only increase personnel incentives and innovative talents incentives but also change in personnel motivation concept is to enhance development of qualified personnel in less developed areas,to achieve sound and fast economic and social development in an effective way.
