| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员在和谐校园的建设中有着重要作用，承担着大学生思想政治教育、日常管理、心理健康教育以及职业生涯辅导等工作。构建和谐校园，需要大力加强辅导员队伍建设。从建立健全辅导员的培养机制和发展机制入手，确保辅导员队伍的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | College counselors play an important role in building a harmonious campus, are responsible for the ideological and political education, daily management, psychological education and career counseling. For building a harmonious campus, it is necessary to strengthen the counselor team construction and ensure the sustainable development of the counselors team with the support of the sound cultivating and developing mechanism. |
