摘    要:日语是借助汉语发展起来的,在长期的历史变革中,形成了自己的特点:如具有较强的暧味性。朦胧性;具有严格的敬语体系;会话中自始至终充满“和”精神。另外,日本和中国虽是近邻,但在待人接物。贸易洽谈方面各有自己独特的风格。如日本人的等级观念很强;注重个人关系难重集体观念等。在对日工作中只有熟悉日语特点,了解日本人的谈判风格,才能准确了解对方的要求、想法,使谈判圆满成功。本文针对日语特点、日本人的谈判风格做了初步探讨。

Abstract:Thongh it is developed on the basis of Chinese,Japanese has formed its own features in the long time of history and social changes, such as it is apind and obscure; it has a strict systam af respetive words; and harmonious ideas exist from start to finish in the talk. Further more, the Japanese have their own special charactchstics in the way of getting along with others and in the negotiation, for example, they care a lot on the rank, pay more attention to peal relations and have strong collective sptrit. Only by figuring out the charatchstics of Japanese, can we know exactly the other Paty's thought, request and comrnhicate beter in negotiation.
