散手运动员对心理素质的掌握与运用

散手运动是武术的一种表现形式,是一项极具对抗性的以击打为主的运动项目。因此,要求运动员具有良好的心理素质,能够及时的了解赛场上彼此双方的外在因素;了解对手的特点和弱点,能够快速准确地制定或更换技、战术打法和适时地运用自身的特点来反击对手的能力。目的就是培养运动员在场上能够做到沉着冷静、思维清晰和信心十足地面对对手和比赛;提高对出现的问题能够做到预先判断和完美处理的能力等。采用文献资料和调查问卷的方法对西安体育学院武术系、运动系和体育系的本科生及部分研究生进行调查并以面谈和临场观摩等方式对心理素质训练进行了归纳、探讨及分析,希望其研究成果能够对运动员在比赛中出现的问题和心理障碍提供科学有效的解决方法和措施。

Sanshou athletes psychological quality control and use

Wushu Sanshou movement is a form of expression,Is a highly confrontational mainly to hit the sport.So,Require athletes with good psychological quality,Timely understanding of the game between the two sides external factors;Understanding of the characteristics and weaknesses of opponents,Able to quickly and accurately develop or replacement technology,tactics and timely use of the characteristics of its opponent's ability to counterattack.Aim to train athletes in the field can be calm and cool-headed,clear thinking and the confidence to the face of their opponents and competitions;Raise the issue can be dealt with pre-judgement and the ability to perfect.In this paper,using literature data and questionnaire method of martial arts Xi'an Institute of Physical Education;Sports and Physical Education Department of undergraduates and some graduate students to undertake investigations and interviews and spot visits.Psychological quality of the training methods were summarized on and analysis,hope that the fruits of their research to the athletes in the competition in the emerging issues and provide scientific and psychological obstacles effective solution to the problem and measures.
