| Abstract: | In 1998, the Special Administrative Region state of Hong Kong put forward innovation and technology developmental strategy to turn Hong Kong into a global high tech city. As one of the most important program of the strategy, however, the Cyberport plan has always been resulted in criticism. Based on the triple helix model, the comparison studies on Singapore Science Park and Cyberport of Hong Kong and the related policy suggestions are put forward. |
