| 摘 要： | 采用自编的大学生生活事件、应对方式调查表和症状自评量表（SCL-90）为测量工具对广西民族地区四所高职高专院校535名大学生进行调查。结果经分析得出结论：生活应激事件只是影响心理健康的外在因素，它要通过个体采用的应对方式中介来对心理健康产生影响。

| Abstract: | A questionnaire and a Symptom Checklist - 90 are adopted as survey tools in the investigation to 535 students in 4 vocational colleges in Guangxi ethmc areas, The result shows that the stress in daily life, as the external factor of psychological health, influences the subject through his response. |
