女性馆员在高校图书馆事业建设与发展中发挥着巨大作用，但无论是在社会上还是在高校中她们却属于不利竞争的弱势群体。文章从社会性别的视角，通过分析高校图书馆女性馆员权益保障的现状，揭示影响女性馆员权益保障的因素，进而提出维护女性馆员权益的若干途径。

Reflection on the protection of rights and interests of female librarians in academic library

Female librarians have been playing a tremendous role in the construction and the development of library cause of colleges and universities.However,they are still belonging to the weak group who are staying at a disadvantageous position when meeting with competition both in higher institutions and in society.Starting from the angle of sexes,this article makes an analysis of the present situation in the protection of rights and interests of the tertiary-level female librarians,delineates the factors affecting the protection of rights and interests of female librarians,advances some approaches to the maintenance of the rights and interests of female librarians.
