On the necessity of the construction of the professional librarian team

Starting from the analysis of the concept of "profession",this article expounds the important roles of the professional quality of the librarians to engage in the library cause,to fulfill the mission of the library,to carry out the inner managerial responsibility and to enhance the social positions of the library respectively.Aiming at the present situation of the librarians,the authors of this article make an analysis of the necessity and urgency to construct the professional librarian team,and advance some effective measures and channels to realize the construction of the professional librarian team.
