| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、访谈和对比分析法 ,对国内外采用旋转推铅球技术的优秀运动员的相关专项素质进行了比较研究。发现身材高大、力量素质好的运动员能取得优异成绩 ,身体相对较小、力量素质相对较差的运动员也能取得优异成绩。根据我国运动员的身体特点、力量特点及较好的灵活性、协调性和平衡感 ,探讨我国运动员采用旋转推铅球技术的可行性和优越性

| Abstract: | By using the method of document, interview and comparing analysis, the author analyzes the specific fitness of elite putters with revolving style technique at home and abroad. The result shows that the putters with strong body can achieve good performance, but for thin putters also too. According to the physical feature, strength character, good mobility and sense of balance, this article discusses the possibility and advantage of our putters using the revolving style technique. |
