目的/意义] 基于对美国图书馆组织氛围测评发展历程的分析,总结相关启示,为我国大规模开展图书馆组织氛围测评研究与实践提供参考。方法/过程] 从图书馆组织氛围测评产生的驱动因素、测评应用的探索与实践、测评指标的形成与优化、测评的方法及流程等方面系统梳理美国图书馆组织氛围测评的发展脉络,分析其发展历程的特点。结果/结论] 我国大规模开展图书馆组织氛围测评,应因地制宜,融会贯通,开发本土化测评量表;完善机制,鼓励参与,实施标准化测评模式;以评促管,评建结合,树立良好的测评文化。

Developing Sequence and Inspiration of Organizational Climate Assessment in American Libraries

Purpose/significance] This paper intends to get some inspirations through analyzing the development history of organizational climate assessment in American libraries, to provide reference for the relevant research and practice in Chinses libraries, and facilitate the management optimization and service improvement of Chinses libraries.Method/process] Based on the analysis on the driving factors of generation, exploration and practice of assessment application, formation and optimization of assessment indicators, method and process of assessment etc., this paper systematically elaborates the developing sequence of organizational climate assessment in American libraries, and then analyzes the characteristics of the whole developing process.Result/conclusion] In order to implement the organizational climate assessment in Chinese libraries on a large scale, firstly we should conduct a comprehensive study on the subject and adjust measures to local conditions, to design an assessment index system which reflect the Chinese culture; secondly should improve the organizational mechanism and encourage more libraries to participate in the practice, to implement a standard assessment model; finally should promote the management through evaluation and combination of evaluation and construction", to keep a good culture of assessment during the process of practical application.
