速度滑冰与速度轮滑技术及训练相互借鉴的思考

摘    要:对速度滑冰和速度轮滑项目的技术与训练进行相互借鉴,取其精华探索共同成功之路。通过采取对项目运动技术结构、运动生物力学基础、比赛形式、运动供能方式、同异性的比较研究,认为二者运动技术结构与做功原理、训练周期性的耐力、有氧训练基础、供氧方式的共性要素相同及借鉴的可行性,提出速度滑冰技术与训练应借鉴速度轮滑在运动过程动态支撑与蹬动速度、出轮方向、利用肩与腰部杠杆扭动的动力、超长距离有氧耐力能力训练以及轻器械训练方法。

Abstract:In order to search after a successful common development of speed skating and speed roller skating by learning and taking advantage of their technique and training,the article has a comparative research in following aspects: structure of sports technique,sports biomechanics,competition,energy supply,sameness and otherness.It thinks that there is a feasibility of both interactional reference basing on some commonness of sports technical structure and energy output mode,endurance of training period,basic of aerobic training,oxygen supply way.It suggests to improve the technique and training of speed skating by learning the speed roller skating,such as dynamic support,push speed,touchdown direction,lever torsion from shoulder to waist in skating process,aerobic endurance training of overlong-distance,light-load mechano-training method.
