高低杠技术探析

对当今女子竞技体操高低杠比赛整套动作的结构与发展做了研究。结果表明 :动作难度以开发独具风格的多度转体与飞行动作、提高连接价值为主 ;动作连接以腾身回环、后空翻与孤形的转体等换杠动作的创新为动作质量和后空翻类下法稳度的基础上 ,稳步开发前空翻类动作 ,以实现下法动作的多样化

The Discussion on the Technique of Uneven Bars

This article analyzes the structure and development of whole movement in uneven bar competition. The result shows that the difficulties of movement mainly embody the creation of stylish multi degree turn, flying movement and enhancement of connection value. The popular movement connection is to upgrade clear hip circle, salto backward and underswing turn etc., to decrease connection movement as possible as, so as to improve time effective of competition. On the base of emphasis on completion movement quality and stability of salto backward support of feet, we exploit movement of salto forward to fulfil the diversification of support of feet.
