摘    要:传统的高职院校的教师评价体系只注重评价的奖惩功能,而忽视评价的导向、激励、诊断功能。教师专业化发展的广泛性、协同性和全面性,要求必须改革教师评价方式。发展性教师评价的“4W”方案。即通过准确确定评价目的、评价者、评价指标、评价方法,能较好地对教师进行评价。
