| 摘 要： | 将人本主义管理理念运用于高职教育是十分必要的。因而在师资建设中，要不断完善管理制度，重视教师学习与发展，重视教师心理环境的营造；在学生培养中，要注重教学方式的运用，用人本思想引导学生提升自我认识，使先进企业文化与素质教育有机结合，深化教学改革，营造创新型成才环境。这将有利于培养全面发展的高素质人才。
