扬州城市文化对大学生创业偏好的影响研究

基于TPB理论构建扬州城市文化对大学生创业偏好影响的结构方程模型,分析城市精神认同度、城市文化人文要素、校园创业文化等对大学生创业偏好的影响,信度检验等表明模型测量指标内部信度良好,理论模型与实际数据拟合程度较高,问卷结构效度良好。因此,应注重弘扬城市文化中的开放创新因素,加强校园文化建设,促进城市精神传播,从而推进校园文化和城市文化的融合,促进大学生创业教育。

The Effect of Yangzhou City＇s Culture on College Students＇ Enterprising Preferences

Based on the theory of TPB, this paper constructs the structural equation model for the influence of Yangzhou city＇s culture on college students＇ enterprising preferences, and analyzes the influencing factors such as city spirit recognition, humanistic elements of city culture and campus entrepreneurial culture. The reliability test shows that the internal reliability of model metrics is good, the fitting degree of theoretical model and actual data is high and the questionnaire structure is valid. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the integration of campus culture and city culture as well as the education on college students＇ entrepreneurship by developing the innovative factors in city culture, strengthening culture construction on college campus and promoting the spread of city spirit.
