PLC控制的步进电机门系统

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,电梯的应用越来越广泛,同时对电梯运行性能的要求也越来越高,这其中包括可靠性和安全性方面的要求。门机系统是电梯系统中维修量最多的部分,其性能的好坏直接影响电梯的整体效果。在用的绝大多数门机系统主要通过改变直流电动机的电枢回路的电压实现开关门速度的变化,这种调速度方法需要串、并联电阻,造成能源的浪费;开关门速度的变化需要通过凸轮通断限位开关,容易出现故障,这种门机系统可靠性差、维修量大、效率较低。因此,电梯从业人员不断尝试各种先进的技术应用于门机系统,以提高门系统运行的稳定性。本设计介绍一种新型的门机控制系统PLC控制的步进电机门系统。

PLC-controlled stepper motor door system

With the continuous improvement of people＇s living standard,the application of elevator is getting more and more extensive while the elevator operating performance requirements are getting higher and higher,which includes reliability and safety requirements.Since door system is the largest part in the amount of elevator systems＇maintenance,its performance will affect the overall performance of the elevator.Therefore,in order to enhance the stability of the door system operation,employees have been trying to apply various advanced technology to door system.This design is aimed to introduce a new type of elevator door control system-PLCcontrolled stepper motor door system.
