| 摘 要： | 第五届全国特奥会的成功举办,给福建省留下丰富的物质遗产与精神遗产.采用文献调研、实地考察等研究方法,分析了第五届全国特奥会的主要特色,探讨后特奥效应对福建省残疾人事业产生的影响,指出应利用特奥会的契机,在社会影响、宣传报道、政策保障和高校资源支持等方面加大力度,推动残疾人事业向制度化层面发展.

| Abstract: | Successfully holding the 5th Special Olympics Games of people’s Republic of China left Fujian province plenty of material heritage and spiritual heritage.Based on the literature study,the field survey and the investigational study,the article discusses the main features of special Olympics,explores the influence of post-special Olympics which has an affect on the cause for the people with disabilities in Fujian Province.It also points out an opportunity for promoting the cause for the people with disabilities to systernize in many ways such as social influence,publicity reports,policy guarantee and university resources support and so on. |
