生理/心理类型受害者与社会预防导泄机制

因冲动而犯罪的罪犯、因脾气暴躁而形成的家庭施暴者、因攻击型人格而造成的人际关系不良者等生理／心理类型的人，实际上是以先天的神经系统、内分泌系统类型为基础而形成的气质——性格类型与社会行为规范相冲突的受害者。解决问题的办法不能仅靠惩罚、限制自由或道德谴责，应当从社会学角度探索一种心理能量释放机制，并从社会工作政策方面建立一种符合心理学原理的预防措施。

On a Physiological or Psychological Type of Victims and the Mechanism of Social Prevention

Emotional criminals, family violators and attackers with attacking personalilities are influenced by their temperaments on the basis of their innate nervous system and internal system. They are victims of conflicts between temperament types and social behavior standards. Solving these problems can't depend on punishment, freedom restriction and virtue blame. A mechanism of releasing psychological energy should be explored from sociological angles, and prevention measures fit for psychological principles should be established from the angles of work policies.
