论传统文化与现代企业文化建设

在经济全球化发展的今天，企业要保持持续发展的良好势头，离不开文化力量的支撑。而要建设好现代企业文化，除了要吸收西方工业文明的优秀文化，还需要对我国传统文化进行客观地、实事求是地分析，继承和发扬其中优秀成分，以达到现代企业文化的有效整合。本文认为，传统文化中的以人为本、以和为贵和义利并重等优秀文化，是现代企业文化建设的重要基础，具有重要的借鉴意义。只有根植于中国优秀传统文化的现代企业文化才具有强大的生命力。

Traditional Culture and the Construction of Modern Business Culture

With the development of global economy,the business won't develop continuously without the support of culture.However,to build a modern business culture we should make an objective and practical and realistic analysis of our traditional culture in addition to absorbing the splendid culture of western industrial civilization.In order to achieve this aim we should inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture so as to get an efficient connection of the modern business culture.This article holds the opinion that the splendid traditional culture such as personnel basic,benefit from peace and the equality of responsibility and profit are all the important basis of modern business culture construction.They are very useful for reference.Only when the modern business culture roots on our nation's prosperous traditional culture can they have great vitality.
