试论当代大学生的道德素质对就业的影响

当前大学生就业难已经成为一个事关社会稳定发展、影响千家万户切身利益的焦点问题。笔者认为当代大学生道德素质方面存在的问题是造成＂就业难＂的重要原因之一,大学生在就业中出现的错误或消极观念进一步导致了就业难。因此,找出当代大学生道德观念方面存在的问题,加强他们的道德素质教育,帮助他们建立正确的就业道德观,对化解大学生＂就业难＂问题有着不可忽视的作用。

Importance of College Students'Morality Quality in Their Employment

Difficult employment of college students has become the focus which affects the stability of the society and the benefits of thousands of families.According to the author,one of the main reasons is the college students’moral problems,such as wrong or negative views on employment.So it is vital to find problems on ethic notions.We should strengthen their quality education and help them establish scientific ideas on employment,which is helpful for solving the difficulty of college students’employment.
