How to Look upon the Inequality of Higher Education --An Analysis of the Influence of Family Cultural Capital to University Students

Higher education has developed from elite education to popularity in China, which has amused the attention to the problem of equal education and it is worried that the inequality would affect social mobility, widen the gap between social classes, stimulate social contradictions and affect the harmonious development of the society. If the families with better cultural capital get more opportunities of education, it would go ill wth higher education development and the construction of harmonious society. So the government is required to establish a fair and effective educational system to improve the national cultural capital ownership and reduce or solve the prob- lems left by educational inquality.
