大学生就业指导中的"生态位现象"解析

本文把生态学中的生态位原理引入到大学生就业指导中来.文章从生态位的定义出发,分析了限制当代大学毕业生就业的生态位表现形式.根据生态位原理,当代大学生在就业指导中应遵循三个原则改变就业观念,避免生态位重叠,扩大大学生生态位宽度,努力提高自身的核心竞争力,加强政府宏观调控职能,增加就业社会环境资源.

The Study on Application of Niche Theory in College Students' Employment

The paper introduces niche theory from ecology into the instruction on college students' employment.To start with the definition of niche,the paper analyses the forms of niche which puts limits on college students' employment According to niche theory,the instruction on college students' employment should follow three principles: changing employment ideas to avoid niche overlap,expanding college students' niche breadth to improve core competence,and enhancing government's macroscopic readjustment functions to increase social resource of employment.
