“逆向教学”启示下铅球教学的实效性研究

采用实验、观察和数理统计等研究方法,验证了＂逆向教学＂在铅球教学中运用的效果,以期能够在短时间内最大限度地提高铅球教学质量。教学实验结果表明：＂逆向教学＂能够充分调动学生的学习兴趣,有利于学生更快更好地理解和掌握技术动作,能够显著地提高学生的铅球成绩。

Research on Actual Effects of the Shot Teaching from Reverse Teaching

In this article,with the study methods including experiment,observation and mathematical statistic,we have proved the good effect of＂reverse teaching＂in its application to improve the quality of shot- put teaching. The results of the teaching experiment shows that ＂reverse teaching＂is in great favor of improving students interest and initiative to learn. And as a result it helps to improve the performance of shot-put. So,when the class hour is limited,we can use＂reverse teaching＂instead of traditional teaching methods to develop a new feasible way of teaching.
