| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和网络查询法，以及通过对有关教练员和运动员的调查访问，探讨了国外优秀射箭运动员专项体能训练的理论方法与有效手段。旨在使我国教练员、远动员了解国外优秀射箭运动员专项体能训练的理念、方法与有效手段，为我国优秀射箭运动员的专项体能训练提供借鉴。
