| 摘 要： | 跆拳道俱乐部中训练的学员有很多因为伤痛不能继续练习,为此研究了这一问题,希望通过对队员运动损伤调查,发现俱乐部训练的现状和弊端,并给出合理的建议,帮助跆拳道俱乐部更加健康地发展和成长。

| Abstract: | Injuries which lead to learners' absence are observed by the difference between the number of registered and practicing learners.In order to solve the safety problems,this article conducts a survey on the sports injuries of the learners in the Taekwondo clubs.The aim is to find the Current Situation and problems of the practices in the clubs and to provide proper suggestion which will promote the Taekwondo clubs' development. |
