| 摘 要： | 为了解寄宿制中学体育管理现状,给体育管理改革提供依据和建议,以青田中学为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对寄宿制青田中学体育管理现况进行调查,结果表明：体育经费大部分投入到竞技体育;学校未对体育俱乐部管理给予重视;各职能部门间合作效果不显著;学校对体育教师的考核以竞赛成绩为主;体育教师对奖惩管理制度模糊等。 |
