我国女子竞走运动员选材测试评价指标体系初探

采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法,从女子竞走运动员科学选材及定量和定性相结合的研究出发,探讨女子竞走运动主要指标体系构成,确定了女子竞走选材的资格指标和评价指标,构建了女子竞走运动员选材测试评价指标体系,制定了选材评价指标及权重分布,并对其进行了选材学分析.得出结果在女子竞走运动员初级选材中,应重点考虑形态、机能和一般素质这些较高遗传度指标;在中级选材中,要侧重技术、战术和专项素质指标,使协调和心理素质好的运动员入选.

With the help of documents and investigating methods, basing on hell-and-toe walking race athletes?scientific selecting of quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper probes into the construction of the main selection standard in heel-and-toe walking race athletes, definite qualification standard and marking standard, constructs the system of selection-testing evaluation standard on heel-and-toe race athletes, makes selection-evaluation standard and importance distribution and makes selection analysis of it.Conclusion: The coach should stress shape standard, function standard and general quality standard in primary selection; but in secondary selection the coach should emphasis on skill standard, tactics standard and specific quality standard, At the same time the coach should also consider harmonious standard, psychology standard and select the players who reach higher standard in these two aspects.
