刘少奇廉政制度建设思想探析

刘少奇在长期领导中国革命和建设的过程中,把马克思主义有关无产阶级政党和廉政建设的基本原理同中国共产党廉政建设的实践相结合,批判地继承中华民族传统廉政文化的思想遗产,构建了内容丰富而又颇具特色的廉政制度建设理论体系。刘少奇廉政制度建设思想作为其廉政建设思想的精华部分,主要包括四个方面内容:一是健全监督和权力制衡机制;二是健全法制,扩大民主;三是正确处理党与政府、党与非党组织的关系;四是借鉴人类文明的优秀成果完善廉政制度建设。

A Tentative Analysis of Liu Shaoqi's Thought on the Construction of an Honest Government

In the longterm process in leading China's revolution and construction,Liu Shaoqi combined Marxism on the proletarian political party and the basic principle of building an honest government with the Party's practice of performing such a task,critically carried on the culture legacy of the traditional Chinese thought to structure an ideological system in constructing an honest government,about which there are some essential respects,namely,improving the supervision and power restriction system;strengthening the legal system and expanding democracy;correctly dealing with the relations between the Party and government,the relations between the Party and nonparty organizations;and perfecting the construction of an honest government by learning from the experience from the outstanding achievements of the human civilization.
