| 摘 要： | 本文通过对黄河三角洲地区医学文献信息资源现状分析,提出了建立区域性医学信息资源联盟与服务平台的可行性和必要性,并从联盟的构建模式、构建策略等方面提出联盟构建的设想以及相关的保障措施,同时对联盟建设中应注意的相关问题进行了探讨。
