构建普通高校体育教师发展性教学评价体系的探讨

高质量的教师评价是实现教师科学管理的重要内容之一,对加强教师队伍建设,提高教师专业素质和教学质量发挥着关键性的作用。该文运用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,阐述当前高校体育教师评价体系中存在的问题,总结出当前高校体育教师评价存在评价导向错位,重科研轻教学,崇拜量化模式等问题。针对存在的问题,结合发展性教师评价理论,提出了普通高校体育教师发展性评价体系的评价内容、评价方法和指标体系,以期为我国高校体育教师的发展提供参考。

Research on the Developmental Evaluation of College PE Teacher

Evaluation of high quality is an important content of the scientific management for teachers,It plays a key role in strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and improving the quality of teaching and the development of teachers＇professional competence.By means of literature view,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper summarized some problems of the evaluation system of PE teachers in colleges and universities,such as evaluation orientation dislocation,favoring scientific research over teaching,and worshiping quantization mode.In view of the existing problems,the author proposed the content and method of teachers＇ developing evaluation system of physical education in colleges and universities combined with the developmental teacher evaluation theory,in order to provide reference for their development.
