| 摘 要： | 本文循着竞技体育产生发展的历史脉络,结合现代竞技体育的特征,对我国专业竞技运动员社会价值进行了分析,指出了认识和保护这种价值的意义,这些研究对进一步探讨我国专业竞技运动员运动伤害法律保护是十分必要的. |
