财经类高校新文科建设“四融合路径”探讨

进入中国特色社会主义新时代之际,财经类高校如何着力于培养了解我国国情、具有国际视野和世界竞争力的财经卓越人才是新文科建设的根本目标。传统财经教育存在三个主要问题:价值塑造、能力培养与知识传授的“三位一体”融合不足、理论与实践有机融合不足和跨学科、跨专业融合培养程度不足。基于融合是新文科建设的基本特征,财经高校应遵循“中国特色、教育规律、时代特征、学校特点”这一基本逻辑,走“价值融合、技术融合、商法融合、产教融合”的四融合路径,培养引领经济社会发展、担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Discussion on the "Four Integration Models" in the construction of new liberal arts in finance and economics universities

During the period of entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the fundamental goal of the new liberal arts construction is how financial colleges and universities focus on cultivating prominent financial talents who understand China's national conditions,and have an international perspective and international competitiveness.Traditional financial education has three main problems:insufficient integration of the“trinity”of value shaping,ability training and knowledge transfer,insufficient organic integration of theory and practice teaching,and insufficient training of interdisciplinary and inter-professional integration.Based on the fact that integration is the basic feature of the new liberal arts construction,the paper believes that financial colleges and universities should follow the basic logic of“Chinese characteristics,educational laws,era characteristics,and school characteristics”,proposes the development path of four integration models of“value integration,technology integration,Integration of business and law,and Integration of industry and education”so as to realize the cultivation of newcomers who are adapted to lead the economic and social development and take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
