| 摘 要： | 为适应新型金工实习课程教育的要求，结合大学生金工实习课程的实践，笔在金工实习教育中采取了一些新尝试，探讨了该课程的教育创新和改革，特别是在全面推进素质教育，提高学生工程素质方面做了大量的工作，取得了一些显的效果。
