| 摘 要： | 通过对促进竞赛规则发展变化的外部动因分析，提出外部动因是促进竞赛规则发展变化的重要因素。竞赛规则发展变化的主要趋势为：改变比赛办法，缩短比赛时间，加快比赛节奏；更加注重比赛的观赏性和精彩性；更加注重技术的稳定性和对抗的激烈性；更加注重评判的规范性和准确性；加大了反兴奋剂的力度。

The tendency of this development is : change competitive ways, shorten competitive time, fasten competitive pace; focus more on competitive enjoyment and excitement;pay more attention to technical stability and antagonism intense, as well as its regularity and accuracy; amplify anti-dope. |
