| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、特尔菲法等方法,对建立辽宁省足球重点小学校评估指标体系进行研究,研究结果表明：辽宁省足球重点小学校评估指标体系由二级指标构成：即一级指标由足球场地设施、器材状况、足球课教师状况、学校足球活动开展情况、竞赛状况、学校领导重视程度、资金投入状况六部分构成;二级指标由33个指标构成。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of documentation,questionnaire investigation and Delphi method.The paper studied how to establish evaluating index system of important football elementary school in Liaoning province.The result showed that was form of two levels index：the first was equipment of football field,football teacher ability,development of school football movement,the condition of match,recognition of leader and fund;the second was composed of thirty-three indices. |
