我国边境贸易发展的阶段性特征及现实意义

本文通过中国海关统计库数据分析,发现中国边境贸易发展经历了四个阶段：边贸口岸的恢复和快速发展阶段、边境贸易政策规范及贸易额下降阶段、边境贸易持续增长阶段和美欧金融危机之后边境贸易的恢复并跨越式发展阶段.在此基础上分析了每一阶段的主要边贸省份的发展特征及原因;并对中国未来边境贸易发展提出相应的对策建议,尤其是要加大成立区域性的自由贸易区的力度,以促进边境省份的经济发展.

The Stage Characteristics of Border Trade Development in China and Its Practical Significance

This article analyses border trade development through China＇s customs statistics data and finds that Chi- nese border trade development experiences four stages：border trade port recovery and rapid development, border trade policy standard and falling value of trade, steady growth of border trade and border trade recovery and great - leap - forward development after the US and Europe financial crisis. On the basis of these characteristics the author analyzes the features and causes of development of each stage in the main border trade provinces and puts forward correspond- ing countermeasures on China＇s future development of border trade, especially suggesting making more efforts to set up more regional free trade zones in order to promote the economic development of the frontier provinces.
