| 摘 要： | 以科技类企业为研究对象,从企业微观层面,研究了控制方式、创新承诺对技术创新模式选择的影响。实证结果表明:控制方式对企业的创新承诺和技术创新模式选择有显著的影响,而企业创新承诺对企业内部控制方式和企业创新模式的选择有中介作用。

| Abstract: | From the level of the microcosmic environment,this paper analyzes how control mechanism and commitment to innovation to affect the enterprises choose of technology innovation model based on the samples of high-tech enterprises.The empirical study shows a significant association among control mechanism and commitment to innovation and the choose of technology innovation model,and commitment to innovation may have a mediator effect between control mechanism and the choose of the technology innovation mode. |
