| 摘 要： | 中国体育体制经历了计划经济时期到市场经济时期的转型，群众体育的行为方式由政府组织向个人行为转变，其运作方式由政府计划向社会自控型转变，打破了长期以来政府包办体育的格局，从而推动了群众体育活动的蓬勃健康发展。

| Abstract: | China sports system has gone through transition from planned economy to market economy.The manner of mass sports has been changing from or ganized by government to individual behavior and the operational manner of mass sports from government plan to society control as well.Since the pattern of China sports system in which everything had been carded by government for a long time was broken,mass sports has been progressing vigorously and healthily. |
