罗杰斯人本主义理论在大学生心理健康教育教学上的应用

摘    要:人本主义心理学强调以人为中心,主张培养完整的人。罗杰斯在他的人本主义教育思想中提出"以学生为中心"的理念。强调学生在教学过程中的主体地位,重视实践经验。本文通过对罗杰斯人本主义理论的分析,探讨我国高校大学生心理健康教育课程教学的新的思路、内容、方法以及渠道,以期使大学生心理健康教育课程取得更好的效果。

Abstract:The vital view of Humanistic psychology is human centered, it also in favor of the cultivation of people. In his humanistic educational thought Rodgers put forward the"student centered"concept. The view also involved the emphasizing of the subject status of students in the teaching process, paying attention to practical experience. Through the analysis of Rodgers's humanism theory, the paper explore the new thoughts, content and method of College students’ mental health education curriculum teaching in China, in order to make the College students’ mental health education course a better effect.
