| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量国内有关"体教结合"以及社会评价方面的文献、书籍等资料,结合专家建议与问卷统计结果,以河南省"体教结合"培养竞技体育后备人才现状为依据,结合传统校与体校的对比分析,从管理人员、教练员、运动员及运动员家长四个方面,并提出相应的建议,以探寻适合河南省情的竞技体育后备人才可持续发展之路。

| Abstract: | Through access to a large number of domestic relevant ＂combination of sports and education＂ and social evaluation of the literature, books and other materials, the paper combined with valuable advice and questionnaire statistics export presented resuits, taking ＂the combination of sports and education＂ the cultivation of sports reserve talents of competitive basis, compared with the traditional school and sports school, from managers, coaches athletes and athletes, parents in four areas of Henan province ＂combination of sports and education＂ is the social objective evaluation of the cultivation of reserve sports talents, and put forward corresponding suggestions for Henan Province, to explore the sustainable development of competitive sports reserve talent road. |
