基于专利引用变化的颠覆性技术识别研究

摘    要:研究目的]颠覆性技术被视为“改变游戏规则”和“重塑未来格局”的革命性力量,对人类社会有广泛且深刻的影响,预先识别并部署颠覆性技术,对在当今全球化竞争中占领先机具有重要意义。研究方法]基于专利引用方向的变化,构建用以识别颠覆性技术的新方法,并以2001-2020年间语音识别领域专利数据进行案例研究。研究结论]研究结果发现语音识别技术领域EP1104155-A2、US2005080632-A1、US7418392-B1、US2009043580-A1、US7720683-B1、US9263036-B1等专利极具颠覆性,涉及交互式语音修改、深度递归神经网络和语音识别技术在无线通信系统、车辆导航系统、照明元件等中的应用。该方法能够对颠覆性技术进行识别,为研究人员和管理者提供决策依据和参考。

Abstract:Research purpose]Disruptive technology is regarded as a revolutionary force to"change the rules of the game"and"reshape the future pattern",which has a broad and profound impact on human society.It is of great significance to identify and deploy disruptive technology in advance to take the lead in today's global competition.Research method]Based on the changes in the direction of patent citations,the authors construct a new method to identify disruptive technologies,and conduct case studies with patent data in the field of speech recognition from 2001 to 2020.Research conclusion]The research results found that the patents in the field of speech recognition technology such as EP1104155-A2,US2005080632-A1,US7418392-B1,US2009043580-A1,US7720683-B1,US9263036-B1,etc.are extremely disruptive,involving interactive speech modification,deep recurrent neural networks and speech recognition.The application of technology involves wireless communication systems,vehicle navigation systems,lighting components,etc.This method can identify disruptive technologies and provide decision-making basis and reference for researchers and managers.
