行业企业声誉管理的集成管理模式研究——建立行业声誉战略联盟的构想

摘    要:将集成管理理论引入行业企业声誉管理问题的研究,提出运用集成管理模式管理行业企业声誉,采用泛边界网络化的组织结构——行业声誉战略联盟作为组织结构形式,以联盟成员企业共同签订的契约作为有形制度,以声誉机制作为核心激励约束机制,运用协同旋进策略和冷酷策略维护联盟的长期稳定及发展,目标在于获得行业声誉集成管理的整合增效的效果和赢得所有联盟成员企业"共赢"的局面。
