| 摘 要： | 分析了传统的Web智能答疑系统的不足,提出了开发基于ASP.NET AJAX技术的智能答疑系统.首先对智能答疑系统知识库的数据结构进行了分析,然后进行XML与数据库技术比较.根据关系数据库和XML的优缺点,需要经常检索数据的地方用SQL SERVER 2005建数据库,对于描述的信息,建成XML文档.最后介绍了RSS模块.结果表明,本系统构建的知识库是可行和有效的.
