高校图书馆留学生信息服务探索

本文以天津外国语大学图书馆留学生服务为例,基于留学生信息服务需求的调查结果,分析该校留学生在文献需求、满意度、阅读障碍等方面利用图书馆的情况,旨在探索留学生服务的新途径,深化图书馆服务内容,提高留学生服务的质量。

Exploration of the University Library Information Services for International Students

Based on the findings of the foreign student services demand for information services,taking the library of Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an example,and according to the findings,this paper analyses the utilization of the library from aspects of foreign students literature needs,satisfaction and reading disorders.The purpose is to explore new ways for students to deepen library services and resources building,and improve the quality of student services.
