| 摘 要： | 高校廉政文化建设面临独特的廉政管理和廉洁教育的困境。从分析高校廉政文化建设存在价值观理想信念教育缺乏成效、高校腐败案件逐年多发、高校廉政管理机制没有形成等问题,提出建立符合教育特征的廉政制度体系,从制度建设层面加强高校廉政文化建设的对策。

| Abstract: | University construction of anti-corruption culture is facing the dilemma of anti-corruption management and education.On the basis of analyzing the problems of ineffective education of ideal and belief,yearly increased university corruption cases and incompleteness of university anti-corruption mechanism,this paper puts forward the strategies of establishing the anti-corruption system consistent with educational features and strengthening the construction of university anti-corruption culture in the perspective of system construction. |
